As a child growing up in the 1980's, Kyle Schindler absorbed the pop culture atmosphere that defined that decade. It is the nostalgia of skating rink nights, MTV videos, graffiti, and neon attire that fuels the inspiration behind Kyle's original pieces. As a kind, doodling became a way to pass the time. He excelled in art and athletics and his talent on the football field took him to college in North Carolina. After college he returned to South Florida and followed his calling to become a firefighter. He progressed his career to Lieutenant with the Pembroke Pines Fire Department. Kyle is now a retired firefighter pursuing art full time. Kyle's love of art became a source of relief from a stressful and phusically demanding job. He also enjoys spending time with his family and he can often be found back on the field as a coach for his son's football and soccer teams. Kyle's hard work and passion is evident in his art. Whether he is designing an original canvas, using mixed media, or painting a mural to make a child's room come alive, Kyle brings a uique perspective to his craft that can be enjoyed by all.
